Delivery and payment

Most of our parcels are sent by the GLS courier company, in the case of pallet orders, orders are fulfilled by the GEIS courier company.

Parcels are usually sent within 24 hours. If you choose the prepayment option, orders are processed after the payment is credited to your account.

The courier delivers the goods within 1-2 business days.

Within Poland, the delivery cost is:

• PLN 15 net , or

• PLN 20 net if the parcel is sent cash on delivery

for a package weighing up to 30 kg in total. Exceeding this weight will result in an additional fee equal to the cost of the next package.

The cost of shipping to another country is determined individually, taking into account the price list of the GLS and GEIS courier companies.

The customer can use the following payment methods:

b.     Payment by transfer to the Seller's account

c.     Electronic payments - including through the external imoje payment system , operated by ING Bank Śląski SA based in Katowice.

d.     Payment by payment card.
